Our swimming club is committed to strong, transparent governance that supports the best interests of our members, athletes, and community. We operate under a clear constitution and policies that promote fairness, integrity, and accountability in all decisions. Our committee works collaboratively to ensure effective leadership, financial responsibility, and a safe, inclusive environment where swimmers of all levels can thrive. Regular reviews and open communication help us continuously improve and uphold the values of our club.

Annual Reports
Annual reports are a comprehensive report on an organisation's activities throughout the preceding year. Annual reports are intended to give interested people information about the company's activities.

Wellbeing Policy (Oct 2026)
This policy sets out the DVE Aquatic Club’s commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where the wellbeing of all members—particularly children and young people—is prioritised. This policy complements DVE’s Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct, by focusing specifically on the emotional, mental and social wellbeing of participants, coaches, volunteers, and families.

Photography, Video and Social Media Policy (Dec 2025)
To explain to members and members’ parents/carers (identified throughout the document as Members) how the DVE Aquatic Club Inc. (DVE) will collect, use and disclose photographs, video and recordings of Members, how Member consent can be provided and how it can be withdrawn.

​Fee Policy (Nov 2021)
DVE Aquatic Club Inc is a ‘not for profit organisation’ that relies on the timely payment of swim squad fees, water polo fees and diving training fees to meet its financial obligations.

DVE Relay Management Policy (July 2023)
The objective of the Relay and Team Selection Policy and the process it establishes is to ensure the best possible teams are selected to represent the DVE Aquatic at State Age, State Open and National level swimming championships whilst having regard to the swimmers’ availabilities and participation interest. It is expected that selected team members will act with integrity and represent DVE in line with the DVE swimming values of respect, team spirit, hardworking and perseverance. In the interests of all DVE swimming members, this policy also serves to provide clarity and transparency as to the selection process.
